To expedite the lifetime replacement warranty process, please have your order number ready if requesting by phone or included in the body of your email/form submission.

*DeltaShield handles replacements on a case-by-case basis and you may be asked to ship your damaged item back in order for your warranty to be honored. Lifetime Replacement Warranty is valid for U.S. residents only. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns to DeltaShield. Shipping charges for replacements sent to the customer is free within the United States.
